The 2009 Conference and Members’ Meeting of the TEI Consortium contains a number of events, each with different registration requirements.

Members’ Meeting (“Business Meeting”)

The Bylaws of the TEI Consortium specify that the Board of Directors shall hold a meeting of members at least once a year. This part of the conference is usually called the “business meeting”. It is open to the public and free of charge.

Keynote events are open to the public and free of charge.

Conference

The conference includes papers, panel sessions, posters and tool demonstrations, and P5 micropapers.

This year's conference shall have the following registration fees*:

The 50% discount is available to subscriber and members whose accounts are up to date at the time of registration. Students must present a valid student ID card at the registration desk in order to claim the student rate.

* The Board of Directors decided on May 18, 2009 that future conferences shall operate under a cost-recovery model. See minutes of the meeting.
