You will see that we have a lot of material to get through. Those of you who are speaking will have 5-10 minutes to highlight the main problem areas of your topic. The editors will then respond for a further 5-10 minutes, which will be followed by 15-20 minutes of discussion. A list of problem areas will be compiled as we go through the topics. The meeting will break into small groups to resolve these problems on Sunday afternoon and reconvene on Monday morning for a plenary session at which the solutions will be presented. The meeting will be chaired by myself and by David Barnard. You will have received a large number of documents for the meeting. Please concentrate on those documents and areas in which you have particular expertise. I will give more details on how to claim expenses at the meeting. Your hotel costs (room and food) at Myrdal will be paid direct by the TEI. Incidental expenses (e.g. telephone calls) must be paid separately by you. Please keep all receipts for your travel expenses. Stig has just informed me that it snowed again in Myrdal yesterday. I look forward to seeing you there. Susan Hockey Meeting of TEI Steering Committee, TR and AI Committees and Work Group Heads Myrdal 15-18 November 1991 PLEASE BRING ALL THE NECESSARY COPIES OF DOCUMENTS WITH YOU.
