All sponsors may:

• Set up a stand during the poster session
• Leave freebies and fliers for conference attendees to pick up on a table near the registration desk
• Send one member of your organization to attend the meeting without charge (a $90 value)

Non-profit organizations may distribute pamphlets in the conference tote bag for free. Please contact tei-meeting-2009@umich.edu by October 31, 2009 to be placed on a list of organizations to receive on November 1, 2009 the total count of conference attendees registered by the close of late registration. Send fliers to:

Any sponsor giving at least $120 may include a piece of promotional material in the conference tote bag. Please mail fliers as above or email a PDF designed for monochrome photocopying on ANSI A (“letter”) paper (216mm × 279mm) to tei-meeting-2009@umich.edu by 15 October 2009.
